Travel Information
The start time of the course is not yet finalized; however, the course will start on Friday, the 23rd, no earlier than 3:00 pm. This allows you to plan your travel to arrive in Chicago on Friday morning and still be available for the start of the course. The course will conclude on Monday, the 26th, at 5:00 pm.
If you are arranging airfare, the Midway and O'Hare airports are both relatively close to the course location. Keep in mind that Midway is often cheaper and more convenient because of the smaller volume of flights.
Once at the airport, public transportation can be taken into the city. We recommend using the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) trip planner to find the quickest public transportation options for your particular route.

Hotel Information
On the Illinois College of Optometry website, they give a preferred rate for the Hyatt Hotel, which is very close to the site of the course. Make sure to ask for the Illinois College of Optometry rate; it is currently $80.00 cheaper than the regular price for Memorial Day weekend.
